Enquiries and proposals

Submitting a form, requesting a quote or contacting AppHill does not by itself create an order, employment offer, payment obligation or commitment to deliver services. Scope, pricing, milestones, responsibilities and acceptance criteria are confirmed through a separate written agreement.

Project and support terms

Your signed proposal or service agreement governs any purchased work, including payment terms, source-code ownership, third-party licenses, confidentiality, handover, maintenance and support expectations. The public support form does not establish a response-time commitment.

Please provide accurate contact details and only information you are entitled to share. Do not include passwords, private keys, payment credentials or sensitive client records. Uploads are limited to the file types and sizes shown on each form. How we handle personal information is explained in the privacy notice.

A general application is an expression of interest, not an offer or guarantee of employment. Confirmed role requirements and employment terms will be discussed separately if a suitable opportunity is available.
